Using satellite technology, they broadcast mind-numbing television programming across the globe, hypnotizing the human population—including the Professor, Natalie, and Spike—into mindless couch potatoes.
As Kei and Yumi shut down studio channels, Tomoki grows increasingly desperate. In the late stages of the game, he turns his satellite station into an orbital superweapon. Kei and Yumi confront and defeat Tomoki in his ultimate mech inside his space fortress, exposing his partnership with Specter as a desperate bid for personal validation.
